In a perfect world everybody does their backup diligently every day.

Now to the real world: I will cross the bridge when I come to it or the backup is a pain. Does it sound familiar? As much as we try to make people to backup regulary we don't always succeed.

The reality is that to recover data from a crashed hard drive will cost you anything from R 3000.00 upwards.

It will take minimum of three days to complete the recovery.

Few hours to reinstall all the programs and import the recovered data onto the new hard drive.

Nearly four days of no productivity because you did not have time to do a backup, which would propably take under an hour to do.

All I can say is DO BACKUP and DO MORE BACKUP.
